MUN

AAS has been sending student delegates to Model United Nations conferences in Paris, Helsinki, and as far away as Beijing for over 15 years. The students who participated were knowledge-hungry and energetic young adults who shared a passion for international relations and wanted to address some of the world’s toughest issues. Years later, AAS was invited to join The Hague International Model United Nations (THIMUN) conference in The Netherlands - the largest, longest-running MUN conference globally.  After years of building our own program and fortifying it with two tiers of student leaders, AAS set off to make their mark in The Hague.

Always guided by experienced IB educators, the AAS MUN team has become a well-known and highly regarded organization in the International MUN community. We now participate in TWO THIMUN conferences - the original in The Hague, and the even more competitive THIMUN Singapore conference, sending delegates and student leaders every year since 2015, while laying the foundation for our own conference AAS starting in spring of 2022. This is an unmatched opportunity for AAS students to grow as global leaders with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in real-world problem-solving. MUN brings these young leaders together across different cultures and truly unites the nations.

Today we are announcing the launch of the AAS Alumni MUN Club, which will widen AAS Moscow MUN students and alumni's reach. We will bring together past, present, and future generations of global leaders. AAS MUN students believe that this is a chance to build a collaborative environment not only as a multinational community but as a community that spans over generations. The AAS Moscow MUN community is making a step to reconnect and build a better future together.

Join the AAS Alumni MUN Club, where you can connect with former teammates and other generations of AAS MUN teams!
